Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping) - whichever you prefer with no restocking fees. Your only cost is the shipping back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full
refund:
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- All original supplied packaging, cleaning clothes etc, must be included.
- Original manufacturers warranty cards, manuals and paperwork must be blank.
- The customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Imposter Wear prior to shipping. To obtain a RA number please e-mail your request, including the order number, to: returns@imposterwear.com
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as Imposter Wear can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Next Day Air, Only $31.00 Per order if under one pound, For USA Orders Only, Via Federal Express. Federal Express rates may vary dependent upon weight and destination. We will supply a shipping quote prior to shipping your order.
APO, FPO & PO Boxes
Orders going to APO, FPO & PO Boxes are shipped via USPS Registered Mail. The cost is $13.50. Allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the delivery location. Delivery can be 2 days if you use your physical address and use either our UPS 2nd Day Air or Overseas.
(Canada Only)Ground Delivery only $14.99 via USPS Priority on orders weighing one pound or less! Orders weighing over One Pound will be quoted based on Location and Weight.
No matter how much you spend. (Retail orders inside Canada please allow 5-7 Business days for delivery) You will be required to pay customs and or import fees.
